RAMAYANA - Epic Story of Rama and Sita

Annapurna Indian Dance Company are excited to announce their involvement in the spectacular finale of Manchester's Dashehra Diwali Mela.
Walk the Plank's latest production, 'Rama and Sita', is set to be a captivating event, celebrating one of the ancient epics of India, Ramayana.
The Ramayana's tale of an ideal brother, father, servant, wife and king will be expressed by actors and Annapurna's dancers through a mesmerising combination of gestures, mime and shadow puppetry.
All of which will culminate in a stunning firework display, bringing the evening to a close.
